Year Round Harvest Online

This 10-month course meets one evening a month via the Zoom platform, from January to October. You will learn low maintenance, ecological methods for producing a wide variety of vegetables and fruit, including ways to mitigate the effects of extreme weather and organic management of pests and diseases. Participants will be able to view a recording of each class for about 1 month after the delivery date. Slides sets used in the course each month will also be available on this website until the end of the year.
